    Diet critique....please.

    I am trying to cut. This is an updated diet where I have actually added calories and tried to cram flax seed oil in. It seems like alot of food to me as well as calories. I think I may need to increase. Any suggestions?

    Time Description Calories protein carbs fat
    7:00AM 2 Servings oatmeal 320 14 58 6
    9:00AM 1 Servings Whey + 1/2 cup oats 382 29 32 5
    12:00PM Lean meat 6 OZ and vegetable 170 34 0 3.5
    3:00PM Lean meat 6 OZ and vegetable 170 34 0 3.5
    6:00PM PWO shake. 2 Servings Whey. 1/4 cup of oats. 299 56 42 8
    7:00PM Lean meat 6 OZ. 1/2 cup brown rice, vegetable 285 34 20 7
    10:00PM 2 Servings Whey+ 1 TBSP Flax oil 344 46 3 15

    Its about a 50/30/20 split

    A lot of carbs and no protein? Why? Add some chicken or atleast some whey.

    9:00AM 1 Servings Whey + 1/2 cup oats 382 29 32 5

    PWO dextrose would probably be better, oats=slow burning

    What are your current stats, weight, bf, and goals? Do you do cardio?

    50-60 minutes seven days a week morning cardio. I am doing a five day split with weights, saturday and sunday rest.

    5'10.5"
    183 pounds
    13-15% BF

    Calories seem a little low. Try adding some more carbs. And its best to have pro/fat or pro/carb rather than just lean protein+ veggies.
