AR belonged to a private board and was asked to leave personna non grata. He was apparently not too happy about it and posted that on his blog some time in the recent past. I'm a member of that board and posted now is news that AR is to be, or was recently arrested, on unknown charges.

You took the words out of my mouth...Its really agrivating to hear people flappin there gums about their ties to that particular organization which is really just a pejorative term the media has assigned it...I dont think your ever gonna hear anyone who belongs to such a group, or has 'ties' to them referr to themselves with that...word... That guy makes himself sound like a jackass, and making threats in writing or otherwise is just ****in stupid....now he cant even touch the dude because he already established his motive...

Onto the legal matter at hand... Mr.Roberts NEVER referred to *** products explicitly in his blog. He only mentioned that it might be a good idea to stay away from the products contained within the video as the authorities might be investigating them more heavily than products which have not yet come to light with the authorities..

***'s legal counsel in order to prove slander will have to PROVE that Mr.Roberts knew his statements to be false before he made them. This will be almost impossible and here is why.... ***'s legal counsel has no chance of proving that ***'s products are any less or more likely to be dangerous to purchase because of a bust like the one in the article. ***'s legal counsel has to prove that it was Mr.Roberts intention to defame *** specifically, which is also goin to be challenging because *** products were not the only ones shown in that video clip, other products were included as well, making it seem even less likely that it was a slanderous attack against *****

If this trial moves forward in the end I believe that *** will end up paying for Mr.Roberts legal expenses for wasting his time on this...TheGodfather concludes that ***'s case is inflammatory and complete bullshit...
