Well, finally got everything in and able to start the following:
Test E - 500mg/week (1-12)
EQ - 400mg/week (1-12)
Turinibol - 60mg/day (1-6)
Winstrol - 50mg/day (7-12)
L-dex Week 1-14 (using ldex to keep bloat away while using long esters)
Nolvadex 15-18 (maybe add it with the l-dex?)
Clomid 15-18
Like mentioned above, I am considering adding nolvadex throughout the cycle, still doing a little research on that and asking opinions.
I am 5'11 at about 185-190, will be eating 2000-2200 calories a day (~300g protein, ~150g carbs, ~50g fat) and doingcardio ED at 45-60mins on an elyptical.
My ultimate goal is to stay the same weight, shed BF, and increase strength.
EDIT: forgot to mention that I am prone to gyno.
