You do know bloating is matter of diet to a strong degree...
Ppl have cut with Dbol and drol.. so bloating shouldnt be ur main concern.

Tough to truly pack on mass without the bloat (water) and fat... your gonna gain at least some of each, and lifting heavy is bad if your cutting to much estro... estro helps the joints... its a fine balance... IMHO, short esters (test or nand) tend to put less water on, but long esters bulk better, but diet is key also like ^^^ said. I believe long esters spike high after 4 weeks or more of dosing at least weekly, short esters peek sooner but a little lower... hence less water n fat.... its just general and does not apply to everyone though...

If youre looking to stay lean, its really mostly about diet if you do the cycle right. Take anti Es to fight bloat. Ive never tried NPP but have done plenty of deca and I personally dont get too bloated from it. The EQ would be the safest bet for no bloat. Ive done dbol during a cutting cycle and was able to cut while on it, its almost all diet. Dont forget to increase your calories while on cycle significantly, or else you are wasting your time and money because you wont gain much muscle at all.Originally Posted by Columbus

I don't care if you cycle or not but don't expect to put on massive amounts of muscle like you are saying, it just doesn't happen. If you don't believe me you'll see in a few months. You just don't gain 20lbs of muscle in 12wks, if you can successfully gain a "real" 5-8lbs of muscle on a cycle it's a big success in such a short amount of time.

My progress from day 1 here to now is pretty damnm good.....I'm up over 10lbs, finally getting some strength back...gaining a little chub along with muscle and not looking so prison camp victiom like....I'll be good to go.......trust me....Ill post pics at 180
