    How much sust should I be taking bro's? should I drop my deca down? I made some good gains on deca alone on my first cycle?

    I really need to gain some body weight, I was really ill last year i lost 12kg. Need to get the weight back up for rugby. My diet is tight so to my cardio!

    The natural weight you lost needs bringing up by your diet then consider taking some kind of cycle,

    Cant put the weight back on been eating lots & training hard for 3 months, only put 3kg on! This is my 4th course to start with I was only 64kg, so I don't class it as naturall weight,do you?
