10ml Deca 300

well right now carry on with ur cycle but dont add the deca(save it for ur next cycle) till week 10 then start ur PCT 18 days after ur last injection of sust, this how i would run the PCT:

wk1-2 clomid @100mg,Proviron*@50mg
wk3-5 clomid@50mg,Proviron*@25mg

nolvadex :starts from day one @20mg till u feel ur sex drive is back to normal which is basiclly 4-6 weeks
