205lbs.. bench 340 1rm
195.. 260 bench for 1 rm
220lbs. ~ B.P. 325lbs. (on a good day)
192lbs - BP 335lbs
215lb - 415lb BP
205 - 315 on a good day.
192Lbs-BP 245-260Lbs 1rm. It changes if im not so into maxing out that week.
i've honestly never cared how much my max is but a couple of my friends were lifting 275 and i was doing legs and i went over for the hell of it and did it fairly easy and i weighed 175 at the time. i would guess around 300 but i'm not built for benching for an impressive weight and also my shoulders are for shit anyway.

right now 185lbs - 365lb 3 reps. my all time best lift was at 180lbs hit 415lbs 1rm
I just did my max tonight and was going to start a thread.
I'm 5.4 172 355 for 3 clean on a 3 tempo.

Im 6'1, about a year and a half ago when I trained more for strength my max was about 415 at 210lbs
Now Im same height around 240 and my bench is im guessing around 370ish
