Thread: deca questions?

    deca questions?

    hey everyone! im new here and i was wondering if you could help me out, ive been working out for about six months and have lost almost 30 lbs and have also been sitting on 5000 mg of deca and a bunch of nolvadex and was wondering if this is something i should take while i still have a little meat to convert or wait till i lost all the weight i want to? i took a cycle of qv deca about five months ago and it seemed to help shed the weight a little and really help my bad knee but when i talked to people about it thay said i was not ready for a cycle so how do i know when i am? im 22, 6 foot three, about 230 lbs any help would be great! i would post pics but i have not figured that out yet

    First off, deca alone is not a great cycle I'd advise you to steer clear of that. Second it sounds like you are a little on the not so lean side right now and want to lose weight instead of gain. Just do some research on here in the diet and training section and apply that to your routine and you will get the results you are looking for. After only 6 months of training you dont need to do a cycle.

    lots of training..tons of research....i was 25 when i did my 1st cycle, after 9-10 years of lifting naturally.

    what about a small amount maybe 200mg a week just to help the knee and make it easier to train, not looking to get ripped so the steroids are not really for that i just know it helps alot with joint damage?? also how do i post pics, not lean at all but not fat, trying to figure a good diet to maybe just convert the fat to muscle? im not in a hurry i know these things take time just want to know the best way about it, i wuld love to look and feel the way i did after boot camp lmao!!!

    research the supplement forums...search for chondrotin and glucosomin..stay away from the deca for now bro..sell it. buy a good pair of running shoes or a heavy bag.

    should i start while i still have a little to convert to over? im not fat by any means and with a shirt on i look plenty slim i just dont know if i should keep trying to loose or start to try and gain? im really looking for a good diet

    Fat doesn't convert to muscle.

    well thanks for all the info, and kaberle are you saying i should try and loose all the weight i want before trying to bulk up or is that gonna loose some of the muscle i already have? i just know in the last thirty lbs i have lost i have also lost some strength but i have only been lifting light and running alot? also i heard that kicking a a bag is great to tighten up your mid section? is that true?

    Dude, diet is your answer. You will lose strength and some lean mass when you cut its natural. Eat right and lose the fat you want then bulk up naturally.

    well here is my current diet maybe you have some insight?
    830 (after workout) 6 egg white, small serving of cottage cheese and a glass of v8
    11 protien shake about 15 baby carrots and a bannana
    1 one chicken breast, an apple and a small serving of pasta
    3 same as 11
    5 two cans of tuna with either apple or bannana
    730 either a steak with pasta, or chicken breast with pasta and usually a larg glass of cranberry juice

    throughout the day i try to drink about a gallon and a half of water and am workin out four days a week, also just introduced no-explode? a friend told me about it but i have not lokked into it a whole lot

    Thats no way enough food m8,i bet that dont even equate to 2000 cals,get yourself into the diet section and have a look at some examples.

    Increase cardio time in our workouts, I know its not that fun, but it melts off the fat. I know bad knees and treadmills are not fun either. Maybe an exercise bike or a real bike. Get some good supplements also. You're wasting your money and gear by only doing 200mg of Deca a week. You may want to do some research on QV gear also, most are fakes from China, so you may be really wasting your money!!

    well the qv was awhile ago and it was about 300mg a week, the stuff im sitting on right now is british dragon with enough to take about 450 mg a week for 8 weeks but i think im gonna hold off on the juice do to some advice on here but the thought of only 200mg a week was just to help the knee joint, and also it was montioned that i should be eating more? even if im trying to loose a little? im just kinda stuck cause all my "know it all friends" are telling me something different and im sure i will get better advice on here! im not looking join comps just want to look and feel good! when i got out of boot and was working out i was happy with the way i looked felt and since my accident i have not! i lost alot of weight but the lose has seem to come to a stand still and i am loosing a ton of muscle trying to loose weight! i would work out with 185 on my bench before and now its down to like 135 and its kinda depressing!!!!

    You combine fruit with protein, this may be why you lose mass. Fruit has fructose, fructose does not cause an insulin release. Unless your protein shake has carbs you're not doing anything for yourself. Use a different carb with your shakes and throw the fruit in with a meal. Also cutout the large glass of sugar juice (cranberry juice). Juice= All the bad sugarof the fruit without the benefit of the fiber.
