Meh..agree with some parts disagree with some.

I will say this. I've bulked on 7-9k calories before (all clean calories) and I've bulked on 4-5k calories. There actually was a difference in gains. All other variables were the same. Sure I put on more fat, but I made more muscle gains that I did off the lower cal diet.

Still not really sure which one I'm a fan of. Last bulking run they were around 5k.
