i'm glad I read this I was actually gonna buy some, the cost is less for the sachets but theres really not a point if ur so sore u can't train right?

anyway, I have neen using them, I was real sore with the first couple of shots, had to take some pain killers to keep it at bay, but after that the rest of the shots seem to have been okay, not too much soreness.
