Try lean ground turkey, You can buy it at 1% fat and it will be ground up, Its higher in protien than chicken and lower in fat. I like to make ground turkey burgers. Also, try a Salad with a can of tuna on top with some fat free dressing. I also like lean cusine when i'm cutting.
