No it won't as long as you declare the goods, have a copy of the prescition. the bottles must be clearly labelled with his name, dose and frequency of the doses. He must only carry the amount he needs for the duration of his stay. It may well have been a prescription item that was not declared. All will be revealed when he or his legal rep returns to answer the charge.
