What was your first cycle like? How much did you gain??

How long have you been training?

Go to the PCT forums and put together a PCT plan. Then, we'll critique.

I have about 2 yrs of training under my belt. I do eat a high protein diet, usually grilled burgers, weight gainer shakes, and protein shakes on top of that.

i hope your kidding?maybe you should post your intended diet.

cycle looks ok but a little short on the deca unless you frontload it.this will get the cycle going and you wont lose out on gains because you ended it too early.

just by seeing your weight, i think your diet needs to be put in check before you start any cycle..you can gain a lot more weight naturally, but if your going to take them, then I would at least make sure you get a good diet in the diet forum. You will make gains like never before if you do. Also, I would extend the test to 12 weeks, and the deca to 10...I think you'll see better results that way. imo

Thats completely true...Bone structure and your body's frame makes a difference...but seeing that he posted approx. 15% body fat is what made me say that..I could be wrong though.

I believe you could go natty for a while and gain a considerable amount of mass before you venture into AAS usage.

Your diet for one looks way off, you should post your complete diet for any given day. Time of meals, what foods are included, and the macros for each meal.

my diet is in check pretty much I try to get 1-1.5g/lb of protein and double that amount for carbs, and I shoot for at least 3000 calories a day, I mean i've been doin this a while. It was amazing when I did the lil bit how just mere mg of something could produce a dramatic change and I liked it alot. I don't think I will ever go back to natural again, all that shit the creatine and no2 thats sold everywhere has nothing on this, I think i actually reached a genetic limit thats why I made the decision to start doing them to begin with to override my genetic limitations so to speak. But I have understood the risks along with these drugs and I accept them wholeheartedly, performance does not come with out sacrifice, it never does.
