    Deca spot injection(delts)

    i was just wondering if it was okay to take deca in the delts, ive got 21 g needles, will this work fine?

    Yes you can shoot deca in the delts, I use 25g-1", 21 might hurt but dont go any deeper then 1". Smaller gauge pin helps with scare tissue problems.
