Ibuprofen, stretching, massage, and heat will all help, but the calf in general is a terrible place to inject.

Ride it out, I use to do calf shots and 2 days later bam it is tough to walk. Now I stick to quads, keep massaging it, warm bath, Icy Hot. It will get better in a few days. No Pain No Gain

Man, calves are a terrible site to inject. Even more with prop at 200mg/ml. OUUUUUUUUUUUCH!

yeah, i tried calves once....wow...never again. Now, a year later after dissecting a few cadavers, the nerve innervation in the skin and gastrocnemius mucles is unreal by comparison to other muscle groups...hurts like hell.

the first few times i hit my calfs i was sore for afew days, but now it doesnt hurt at all. some people say not to hit calves because of a high number of blood vessels, but if you follow inject protocol properly the risk is minimal. I tried injecting lats the other day. THAT HURT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just ride it out mate, as long as theres no heat or redness at injection site you will be fine. Personally I would steer clear of ibuprofen or any NSAIDs as they inhibit muscle growth. Go do some calf raises and tough it out, get the blood pumping.
