To clarify what I needed help with with regards to the supporting supps please take a look at my first post in this thread. Look at the list of supporting supps and let me know timing and amounts needed of:
Casein Protein (prior to sleep), L-Glutamine, BCAA’s, NO Shotgun (30 min before gym), Ergopharm AMP, and Ester C (information already given by Upstate), Milk Thistle, Hawthorne Berry, Saw Palmetto, Niacin, Co-Q 10, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E
