That is a very broad question...off the top of my head I would say yes, but I have gone lower than that for contest prep versions. It all depends on your goals. A quick way to figure out cals would be weight x 15 = maintenance and then subtract 1-300 cals for dieting.
190 x 15 = 2850 - 100 = 2750 OR - 300 would be 2550. I would start there to try and preserve more muscle.
