well, i'm signing b/c it says my name. that doesn't mean tho that i acknowledge that the steroids are actually mine. all i am saying by signing is that i received a package in my name. now if they happen to try and arrest me, all i gotta say is that one of my gym buddys must have ordered it and put it under my name cuz he didnt wanna take a chance of getting caught with it under his own name. in that case i don't think they would waste their time trying to convict me cuz i have a good alibi and there's no way to prove that the steroids are mine. so they would probably just seize the roids and destroy them.

Yep, ever hear the term poesession is 9/10th's of the law. The signiture only futher builds a case against you. This is something not to be taken lightly. If posession is a misdomeanor in your state then it might not be that big of a deal. If it is a felony, then you should clean house. If they charge you with a felony, you will not be able to post bail until the judge sets your bond. Even then felony bonds are not cheap, anywhere from 5,000 to 10,000, and even more. That is if you get charged in a state court. If the postal inspector gets involved, it has now become a federal crime, and the stakes are higher. Seriously, it is not that hard to clean shop.

I wouldn't buy juice over the net. I have in the past, I found a good place with good references. They are out there, but I would say about 80% are scammers.

Seriously, I spent several years as a drug smuggler, I know what I'm talking about. If you weren't nicked within minutes of recieving the package you're not getting nicked. They wouldn't wait to give you two packages, how would they know there was 2? and they wouldn't risk losing evidence, it's called a chain of custody for evidence they can't let it out of their sight, it would fck up the prosecution.

well, the p.o. might have received them both at the same time, but delivered one, and then figured they'd wait a day or two deliver the next one, and that way they'll get my signature for the second package also, and at the same time if i opened the first package already they could have me for that.

IMHO I think they would have bagged you right there on the spot when you signed. They are not going to give you the opportuntiy to be able to get rid of the evidence. If they were to get a search warrant and find nothing it would be such a embarrasment and they try not to make mistakes like that. If they are getting a warrant they want to be ABSOLUTELY sure there is something to find in your house, they are not going to give you a chance to get rid of it (i think snrf said this if i'm not mistaken). And if the so called mailman was a cop or DEA I highly doubt he would be delivering mail to other houses like a regular mail man.

Well, heres some real advise...same thing happened to me ...exactly.I knew he was a cop and never opened the package.Then my idiot friend did.As he opened it up ran the cops.I went to jail after taking accountability for it.Or my friends would have gone.3 months jail.
Best thing to do is 1.write in big black marker "return to sender" all over the package .2. leave it out front over night. (incase there watching.....they did me ).After no one picks up your package, then proceed to open it with a
3.return envolope half filled out ( like your looking for a return address ).
Following this will secure your freedom.They wont have a case.
Or leave the damn thing alone and call it a loss.
Not worth the jail time....though the shitty food helped get me ripped !
