i think you may be ready for a nice lil test-only cycle.. however gaining 10+pounds and loosing 3-4% BFmay be tough even for the most knowledgeable bros.. but you can easily gain 10, 15, 20 lbs based on diet with no serious increase in BF.. with that said you will look much better.. remember: training, juice, rest=20% DIET=80% so do your diet research and don't slack if you want the most from your cycle!
