this is a nice lean body mass cycle, with GH would be an awesome lean body mass, but honestly i dont think your GH dose is high enough especially for your age..i would keep slowly bumping it up to like 4iu min. 5 days a week for at least 6 months.

1-6 or 8 prop 100mg every other day
1-6 or 8 tren 100mg every other day
1-6 or 8 winny 50mg every day

you said a few posts back that you dont think you have acess to test? but you have acess to tren, winny, var, and growth?
