some 1 told me that too mcuh proteain like for example u have 40gms of protein a drink,then a tuna sandwich, thats like 60gms of protein and ure body can only take about 25-30 gms, and shi* the rest out,so how can u have so much protein?

one of the main effects of steroids is to increase protein synthesis, if ur on cycle u can definitely process more than 30gms at a time. I eat anywhere from 40-60 each meal and I'm growing like a weed
Your body depending on size and how hard you train can take more than 40g per meal.
