Yes...grapeseed, cottonseed, sesame seed...just be absolutley it is sterile grade.

I've cut shots with b-12 in the past...seems to help as well.

I always like cottonseed oil, and I would get it down to 250mg/ml concentration from whatever it is now.

i would say be a man and handle the pain but i am in da same boat as you damn thing kills but when i think of the miracles it does in the weight room seems to cut the pain
