(Used one leg at a time today cause i didnt feel like dragging around a bunch of plates)

8 sets of various calf exercises
Leg extensions
4 sets @50lbs 15reps/set
Today marks the end of week two:
Squats are up 65+ lbs
Military Press is up probly bout 20lbs
Don't feel comfy putting a number on how much my bench is up cause i couldnt do flat bench this week due to shoulder pain but its def up
I have back tomorrow so i'll update my progress then
So far i'm def happy with the gain in strength
