lol im an idiot i have 100 25mg caps and am planning on taking 3 pills a day, so that works out to 75mg a day, wow i feel like an idiot now![]()
man even 75 is too much. You will see enough gains at 50mg per day. 40mg is the norm.
i put a simular question in about 100mg dude.. and everyone had their own opinions one guy was talkin 200mg! but there is also alot of people that dont go higher than 50mg.. have you taken dianabol atal before?
What are your stats and cycle experience. IMHO 50mg ed is good. I would not suggest doing more than that. What are your goals and what else are you taking besides DBols?

I have been using dbol for many years now and I see no change (except for side effects) when I go from 25mg to 100 a day. I will have the same strength, and the same size so I do 25mg a day.
ok for my stats, im 6'2" 215lbs. 23 been working out since I was 16, I'd say i started to seriously lift around 18. As far as previous cycles I've only done test e at 500mg/week, I've also done m1t and 4-ad which i know are ph's and not roids. Along with the dbol i've got 20mls of tte aka tnt which is
250mg of test e and 125mg of tren e and 10mls of deca at 300mg. As far as goals go, I wanna put on as much lean mass as possible, I know there is going to be water weight with the dbol.

I gained 5lbs a week first 3 weeks on 50mg ed- although it was water. made me strong as hell too
wow im starting to think i shouldn't have got 100 caps now or i should have gotten it at a lower dose...
that's why I don't buy high dose Dbol and Winny tablets. I don't think there is a need for 50mg tabs of winny or Dbol. Keep it at 5 or 10mgs and that'll do.
Especially with Dbol, I usually take 10mg 4x day (about every 4 hours). I find this to work the best.
u can just drop 2 caps pre-workout...50mg a day would be fine
I think 50mg will only offer more side effects. Anything after 25-35mg/day is not necessary IMO.
i ran 50mg a day for 6 weeks, finished this week and i loved it, didn't have any side effects except puttin on 20+ lbs

everybody's body reacts different so all advice should give you a range of effective doses.
Also, take into consideration, some people might be 190lbs while others might be 260lbs with many cycles run already so blood concentrations will differ with people of different body masses.

yea i talked to the guy that i work out with who is gonna take the same cycle, hes a year older than me and hes taken alot of cycles already. He says that he always take dbol at 75mg a day, but i'll probably just take it a 50 and see how it goes.
