    if you diet correctly & do cardio correctly-as in pre-competition mode, you can lose UP TO 1% bodfat per week.... obviously anything less than perfect cardio & diet will yield much less than that,also depends on each individual......remember-slow & steady to retain muscle.

    6 weeks was better then I thought, can I see an example of the perfect cardio? I was going to follow the Jan or Feb 28 day program in Muscle Fitness Mag.....It looked pretty good
