I think you mean mg not mcg....anyway, split the dose into 2 shots and have them 3.5 days apart. i.e. Monday morning and Thursday evening.

This advice would be applicable to test e or test c.

Is the 3.5 day split ideal or absolutely necessary? Like sometime I go 3 days then 4 then 3.... probably no big deal Im guessing. What do you think?

I do sometimes also, but the better the schedule you keep to the more stable you blood levels are , keeping sides to a minimum.

Its is ideal but not essential.
