Hello everyone...My name is Robert. I am 26 yrs old. Pasadena california. On April 10th next month will be my 1YR out from getting GASTRIC BYPASS SURGURY. I cheated...lol...Anyways...I am down from 350 to 220 now...I want to really start lifting/exercising.I just recently got the CAPTIN OF CRUSH #2 it has been almost 2 weeks and I can almosssst close it.I took these pictures on 3.5.07 and I have been running since then with my wife 1/2 mile every day. This coming up week I will raise the bar to 3/4 of a mile. And every week after rasie a 1/4.until I get to 4 miles. My goal!!! To bench press 400lbs just once without a the shirt. I want to do 1 dead hang chin up weighted with 100lbs. I want to complete this!!! But need some directions to get there. Do I take test or decca hyw? How can I develope huge massive ARMS?!?!?!?I would really appreciate some help and advice of the willing. I will be someones TEST SUBJECT on a routine all you have to do is talk to me. I am VERY DEDICATED in getting to my GOAL!!! I just really need a flashlight to get there!!!!!!Thank you for spending your time reading this, it is more appreiciated then you know...
