i do have 2 small lumps under my nipple from my last cycle so thats why i thought about taking the letro to try and reverse it and for protection then switch to something less harsher if it cleared up just to protect me for the rest of the cycle?

yes and thats why im suggesting arimidex. nolva is just a serm and does not reduce the estrogen in your body. and letro is just so strong.. i would have both on hand for sure and use arimidex for the most part and im pretty sure u will be perfectly fine w/ that alone.
