Food is your #1 thing you should be doing...go to the diet forum and people there can help you get things lined out to help you start putting on some weight naturally. Also your appetite usually has to be built up..it's hard to just start eating a lot more in just one days time. Start consuming more little by little. Another thing you may want to try that helps many people's appetite to eat more is B-12 injections...just a thought.
