What my plan was was to train 8 weeks Powerlifting ( german block training) and then take a week off, and then follow the basic bodybuilding pendulum program, the reason I was going to take a week off was just to give my body/joints a little bit of a break from all the stress put on it from the powerlifting phase. My last 3 cycles were 12 weeks each, you dont think I could solidify my gains a bit more by adding 4 more weeks eh? I should just stick to 12 weeks?Originally Posted by marcus300
