So what does everybody do for a daily basis as far as meals and food are concerned. Shakes, whole natural foods, steamed, grilled, chicken, steak, tuna, vegis...what do you do, also how and when do you prepare all these meals since I am assuming alot of you are busy as well. I am in pretty good shape, nothing spectacular, dont do a whole lot of cardio(eliptical for about less than 30 minutes a week), and stay around 10-12% bf and hover between 185 and 190, but want to get my diet in check to pack on some lean pounds and lean out what I already have. In the past I have had long periods of a very well balanced diet consisting of lots of vegis, meats, fruits and lots of rice, and I seem to put on weight consistently with that diet in mind. But diet lately the diet has sucked pretty badly, lots of protein bars(I know they have loads of sugar, but its the only thing I have since I am so busy all the time), and different quick fix foods, I have been trying to pack in alot of simple carbs lately as well. So I wanted to see what you guys eat as well as when and how you find time to fix it all so I can get some ideas as well on how to save time here and there. Looking forward to the responses. I also have work in the mornings from 8-11, school from 12-5:30, and its a long drive between so I usually have like 15 minutes to get my books, some food and leave...hence protein bars.
