For my fiber intake I, personaly, dont rely on fruits but rather vegetables and breads, cereals, and grains. The fiber content in grams is much higher and from which I derive it from are All Bran, o atmeal and brown rice. Apple, with skin, pear and raisins are also my fruits of choice as far as fiber is concerned. Ideally it would be blackberries. Also, the best things to take for fiber are lentils, beans and peas.
As Tai stated in 100% pure juice if the seed, skin, rhines, peel and so on are removed you are already losing much of the wanted nutritional benefits. Therefore if you really want the full benefits you would have to have those included whether it be pure or from concentrate.
Again I reiterate, I prefer to eat a whole fruit over any juice. When I do have fruit in a liquified it is more so for the vitamins and minerals. Then again that is just IMHO
