I am taking Stanotest (Suspension and Winny) 100mg ed. I am also on Test E 400mg/wk. Should I take the Stanotest on my off workout day? I wasn't sure if it would help since both of the half lives are less than 24 hours.

yes ed. if taken eod you will bring concentration in your sys down to zero. and work out ed.
