First Cycle

50mg dianabol a day for 4 weeks = 1400 mg
500 mg of Test E a week for 10 weeks = 5000mg
pct 6 weeks.

im going to be doing this cycle in about 3 weeks
i stoped gym for a bit getting back into it now. naturally i was benching 110 kilos. and 87 kilos in weight
im about 178 cm tall
doing 20-22 kilo flys
i wanted to get up to 95 kilos

im thinking of waiting for about 3 weeks... i was out of gym for awhile. about 3 months. i have been reading about steroids for about one year and have been training for about two years. i stoped because i got a new job and girlfriend.. now im back into and ready to start pumping hard core again..

im 20 years old
right now i weigh 81 kilos
can bench only 80 kilos
bf about 14%15% needs to go down

bottom fact is i know how to train and i have a great diet for bulking
should i wait untill i get to a peak naturaly or just go on it now and give my self a kick start then do a second cycle. im planning on staying on gear for awhile.. as in do a fair few cycles.. and in that process get my self a home gym.. have pumping iron playing on my plasma while i work out and pump pump pump.. lol.....

i now have a personal trainer to push me that tiny bit harder also..
i have tried gear b4 without knowing anything at alll very stupid... it was given to me in a bottle.. liquid form... think it was dbol powder and something else ne ways i got up to 95 kilos and got sick lost it all cause i had no pct..
