ok on a normal day i eat:
1 scoop whey, six eggs big bowl ceral
2 huge falfal sandwhich protein shake
2 or 3 grilled beef burgers 6 eggs bread
chicken breasts/steak or ground beef about third of a kilo with veggies etc,
sandwhich & protien shake

thats usually the minium i eat some times its alot more, ive proberly gained about 5 lbs max but then im blessed with gaining weight quick and if i focus on my diet ill gain this naturally, regards to training 4 times a week and i bust my ass on everything i do, it pisses me off cause this is my 1st cycle and was expecting some good results
