    Come back

    First time to the forum very nice. I need some input from the people that know and it looks as if there are some of those here.

    I am 40y 206lb been training for 10y been on 4 cycles, test E, Deca, D-bol, Fina, Winnie, Oral T, Anavar and of course recovery meds. I was inured in Aug 2005 and was off training and ofcourse meds up until now. I am at 210lb or so now Im fat but still have good muscle. Before I was injured I had drop to 190LB at 4%bf I understand the cardio of what I need but I need some input on a reccomended 24w cycle to optimize everything. I have access to all and pretty much anything I want and as much as I want. Any advise is geatly apprciated.

    Get to where your where before the injury natty, then worry about using again imo.

    Well I understand that, I'm back in hitting it hard just asking for advice on when I'm ready.

    At forty getting back to where you were natty will probably be a bit more difficult then for the twenty somethings. You've had experiance with AAs before and training so I will throw this at you. I would do something like this in your shoes. sopunds like you want to keep muscle but loose flab.

    HGH 2-4iu for 6-12 months.
    run a couple of eight week cycles with proper time off in between.
    Cycle would be like:

    weeks 1-7 Tren A 100mg ed
    weeks 1-8 200mg test E/week
    weeks 1-8 masteron 50-100mg ED
    weeks 1-6 T3 ramping up to 150mcg then tapering back down
    weeks 1-8 femara .5mg EOD

    PCT nolvadex, aromasin, lr3-IGF, thorw in some albuterol if you wish. I hate clen but have slighlty less sides from Albuterol.

    While running the hgh and not on cycle you should add a little T4 - not T3.

    I disagree, if he was just in good shape, and was recently injured and knows his body and way to diet it he should have no problems. Im in my thirties and my body still responds very well as his should also. Now his ligaments and tendons are a different story, hence get back to where he was then cycle when body is ready, not just after being injured.

    i repect your different opinion but disagree with you as well.
    i didn't notice any change in my physical abilities until after 35. My body changed. Never even thought of using roids before then. i even tried all the same stuff I did when i was younger for a year and a half, but changes were slow and harder to come by.

    Besides he's not looking to pack on muscle - as in lifting heavy - a concern for for tendons and connective tissue - he wants to drop fat while retaining muscle. Seems like the right application of to me. And a year and half ago isn't all that recent.
