20, 5-9, 200lbs, 14% bf, great diet, 5 hard days a week, two test only cycles previously but no cycles in the past year, goal: to get cut with minimal muslce loss.

i was above 20% two months ago, 220 lbs. both cycles were 8 weeks, about 800mg a week. It would really help if u could provide me with suggestions for pct please
yea, my first cycle was at 18, test only, and I gained 25 lbs in 5 weeks, nasty stretch marks ofcourse., second cycle was not as effective

For PCT go to the PCT forum and research HCG, CLOMID, NOLVADEX, ARIMIDEX, LETRO
you need to understand the compounds you are about to stick in your body first.
PCT is the most important part of any cycle if you want to get your natty Test back up and keep gains

i don't want three at once, i just wanted to know if i could create a good cutting cycle with what i have.

let me be clear, i started with 200 mg a week, every week went up about 100mgs, the highest was 700-800 in one week, and lowered it 100 a week until i was done and back at 200mg a week.
so maybe the cycle lasted 10 weeks instead of eight, hard to remember, sorry
You could try a PROPER cycle this time with just the Test and the winny, leave out the EQ as it wont' do much unless you run it high for 12-16 weeks
I think you need to start fresh and learn how to do a cycle the right way
weeks 1-10 Test E @ 500mgs/ew Two shots a week 250mgs each shot ( none of this taper up shvt)
weeks 7-12 Winny @ 50mgs ED
PCT must start day after last winny

It has been said a thousand times on this board already that anything less than 600mgs/ew for no less than 12-16 weeks is the minimum for seeing good results from EQ
I have not used EQ yet so I can not speak on that from personal experience

Dont mean to call you out bro, but honestly i dont think you have ever cycled before, reason being the questions your asking one should know themselves if they have cycled and done research.
Also you were above 20% bf two months ago? Now your at 14% bf? One cant drop that much bf in such a short time, especially since you didnt use AAS, since you stated you havent cycled in a year.
I would highly advise to halt any cycle plans and fully educate yourself on what your running and putting in your body before you begin bro, for your own good.
