Really and truely I think ur overtraining. U can't build muscle if ur training all the time especially 5 days a week most of the pros' don't train that way to begin with. U might wanna consolidate ur workouts and do them maybe 4 days a a week. I've heard older guys at my gym talk about how they cut back and that helped them more than training more a week. Unfortunately getting older ur body has to have more time to recover.
I train chest mon, back tues, legs wed, shoulders thurs, arms fri-I would love to cut a day out but when I do 2 body parts on the same day, whatever I work second seems like it doesn't get as good a workout because the first one exhausted me-any suggestions-yeah getting older sucks
