    thats 5 meals.... get 6 instead. glass of milk b4 bed-not. make that a meal.. like some egg whites & fibrous veggie. post workout I'd like to see some carbs in that window of opportunity. 6am add more egg whites & drop the shake. wheres your fats?????

    you may want to look into natural EFA supps like fish oils OMGA 3, they can help burn fat and have alot of other benefits for your overall health
