    I was taking 50 mg a DAY 5X A WEEK AND INJECTABLE WINNY 50MG 2X A WEEK WHEN i TAKE MY TEST INJ.

    ggallin, you are a thick dude man...with impressive strength. but youve gotta remember this is dominantly a bodybuilding oriented board, naturally, the standard of what looks good or appropriate is going to differ from yours..but what people might forget is even tho you arent competing in powerlifting, you arent competing in bodybuilding either... sure your body fat is a little high, but its not out of control. you could run one cutter with a strict diet and turn heads no doubt, but for now, you are concerned with strength, and i dont think thier is anything wrong with that.
    nice progress man..you definately have made big improvements since your last pics.

    Thanks bro. That is true I am not a powerlifter or a bodybuilder. I am just an average dude trying to look and feel better. I may not be cut but I turn some heads here and there. Its hard to tell from pics but I am bigger than the average guy. It is true my bodyfat is not out of control I am at or below 20% so I can live with that for now. I would like to get in the 10% range some day but for now its fine. I personally like to lift heavy weight, it helps measure my progress. This time last year I had trouble puting up any thing over 300 lbs and now I am in the mid 400's. Not a bad improvement for 1 year. Sure juice helped but jusice alone wont do that. I guess I didnt consider the body building forum idea but it is true.

    My cycle is now officially over as of Sunday. Its time to get serious and start cutting down all the way this time. I can and will reach 10% if it kills me. Any advice support etc would be greatly appreciated. I plan on getting at least back to 240 by the end of his month and down to 220 to 210 bt the time its all said and done.

    there is no point running winny, when your bf is that high i cant tell a difference in any of your pics. Drop the body fat then do your cycle, or the only one who will see a difference is you.

    your works should now revole around little rest 30 second brakes between sets and keeping it heavy, and always lifting with new ideas, along with cardio and diet.

    Well I got m y bench up which is good. 455 is no joke for me, I never thought I would lift that kind of weight, sure some people can do way more but I am happy with that. From what i read you can run winny with pretty much any cycle and it will increase your strength and size. And yes I am a scary guy with my nip rings and tatts and chest hair. GRRRRRRRR

    def progress, now cut off the fat and look like an effin monster, thats what im doing i started at 238 im now down to 202 ill post pics when i hit 195
