Finally got the balls to post my pics, These pics are a little old currently I weigh 240 im cuttin right now and will post some pics once I acheive my goals. In these pics I am 6'3 about 245-250ish been as heavy as 310. Dont have any leg shots but will get some eventually, all the pics are pretty much me bulked up. except for the 3rd one im about 205 in that pic

Btw, what are you goals now? You're looking good, at your height you have a lot of filling in to do....if your wanting opinions of your physique get some pics of your entire body without flexing your traps, giving us a better idea of your size.

being 6'3..i believe he is 250..lookin thick bro, which is hard to do for alot of people at your height...im interested in where you plan on going from here as well..goin heavier again or continuing to cut? regardless good work brotha..keep it up.

appreciate all the positive feedback. Right now I am currently cutting, about 15 days into my diet and and have went from 253 to 240 already which I know is fast but my body usually always reacts that way when I start my diet. But as soon as I hit my goal weight of about 220 I will post some better pics.
