After analyzing every pic the only thing I can see that is laggin is your traps. Arms are impressive and huge on your be your abody and frame from what I can tell, chest looks up to par with frame as far as I can tell with you in a shirt, lat spread is laggin also but again that could your arms throwing justice to your lats out.

I agree... Your arms and delts make your lat spread look small in the back double bi shot. I'd bring up the lats, traps and forearms.

Hey, thanks guys for all your response. Bi's are currently about 17.5 ". Hey Pete, what is a possible weight gain natural in 3 months or maybe 4. I have started a high carb, high protein diet. Currently the supplements I am using are :
    Isopure whey protein :
Complex Carb pro (that I throw in with the protein shake) mornings and post workout.
    Amino 2222
    Gluatamine with the protein shake
Creatine (5 g) but only on days that I go to the gym which is 4.
    UDO's oil EFA 3, 6 & 9
Eat a lot of protein in the form of chicken, cottage cheese, fat free cheese and a lot of milk.

Well bro, it seems like you have a handle on diet, supps and training so I would think that in the next 3-4 months you may be able to put on 3-5lbs of muscle and maybe some extra bulk as well...so maybe 10lbs. It's a little discouraging, I know, I trained natural until I was 34 and the gains are very slow and gradual. But I admire you work ethic and your resolve. Please don't take this as a negative but gaining muscle naturally (after the age of 25) is a very long process and takes a lot of patience and tenacity. I wish you all the best bro. Good work so far and good luck!

Hey Thanks again Pete, Yeah I am very determined so I will stick with it naturally and see how far I can go. I know it takes time and commitment but I am willing to pay the price.
