Acne on shoulders and traps

when i'm on - i can control it with tanning and perscrip med differin

when i get off - there is no controling it for about a month.

This is most similar to what i experience. Everything is ok while on cycle but right after i get off i start seeing some problems on the shoulders and entire back. Last no longer than a month though as u said.
