    A-dex will not alleviate gyno once you get it. It's use is in preventing it in the first place. It also prevents water retention/bloat caused by estrogen spike. Thus, yes, many, including myself, use it daily from the start.

    ^^ You want to prevent... once you get gyno.... its not gonna be fun.

    Adex @ .25mg/ed is an excellent preventative measure IMO.

    If gyno symptoms appear, then an increase in dosage in .25mg increments should suffice.
