This stuff is sweet already, the choc mint is very good. and it mixes with a spoon. I am using the cytosport Muscle milk (which tastes REALLY good) but it has 18 grams of fat in each serving (supposed to be good fat from colostrum, growth factors and other good fats taht promote fat burning) the jury is out on that part but the product is easy going down.
