    fav cheat day food

aight foodies.. tomorrow is my first cheat day in 1 week.

But anyway. I was thinking about eating pizza rolls. or maybe some pecan pie like tai was syaing he eats for breakfast becasue that sounds fvcking good.

Last cheat day was 1 wk ago, and i had a personal pizza from pizza hut at the airport.

althought the people who really know about diets and have read my log probably will say that i cheat everyday, but tomorrow is for real.

seriously, i smelled ketchup and french fries earlier beacsue there is some kind of restraunt underneath my gym and i think i got a boner from the smell

What are you fav cheat day foods?

ps you can see everyone rag on my diet here http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?p=3520771#post3520771

If you stop eating cheat meals you wont crave shitty food. Be dedicated to you diet 24/7. Anyway a cheat meal shouldnt be junk food, it should still be a healthy/protien filled meal, maybe with some bread/cheese that you wouldnt normaly eat.

this post made me feel so guilty!
Your right though mate, i had clean diet for over 4 years and just lately i been craving shit food because i had some crap cheat meals. Now the healthy food doesnt taste so good. Im gonna stop cheating with crap and go back to wholesome cheat food.

Fav crap cheat - Ben and jerries choc brownie ice cream served on choc chip brownies that have been heated a little in microwave.

Fav wholesome cheat meal - oatmeal with black forest fruits (mixed beries) and a little carob powder and some almond essence. It tastes like black forest gateaux!!

I'm thankful that I've never had a sweet tooth. Sugar upsets my stomach and head so I've never craved a bowl of ice cream or a candy bar. But, the junk food that I do crave from time to time are still horrible foods for you like nachos, cheeseburgers, BEER, chicken wings, stuffed baked potatos...etc. You get the idea. Still though, I have found many ways to eat healthy in my diets while staying happy with what I'm eating.

Hmm, whats right for one is not necessarily right for another - when I eat a really bad cheat meal like a huge KFC feast I feel so guilty than I get stricter than ever with my diet in the following weeks.

You still should, Tai just needs to become a member of the church of Pinn and believe !!!! He summed it up by saying " You wouldnt put 87 octane gas in your Ferrari would you, so think next time you go to eat a donut or pizza" ......or something pretty close to that.

Fried chicken isnt really that bad at least there some useful nutrients in it, but all the other shit everyones posting does nothing and theres no way you can say you would make as much progress in training and gains if you didnt eat totaly clean, try it for a few months, no cheating, you become a machine. That is if you have the dedication.

Im 50/50 italian/cicilian and I honestly havent had a piece of pizza in about 3 years.
Dont get me wrong I fvcking LOVE pizza, and I dont particular hide from it, just havent ate it in about that long.

Well deep down I think I fear I'll eat about 16 slices in one sitting and become some morbidly fat pizza addicted porker who doesnt work out anymore but prob just my paranoid side speaking again..

    Cheese.

lol - not that much though I wouldn't have thought, the pizza would have to be loaded with alot of meat to have 51g protein surely?

actually the meat and cheese on a pizza has a boatload of protein lol so definetly retarded.. i know some frozen 4meat pizzas have like 80g protein per pizza.

hahaha i couldnt eat it all in one sitting.

i ate 5/6 of it though.

Also, on top i sprinkled a butt load of feta cheese.

then later i ate the last 1/6 of the pizza.

I think it has a high protein/carb ratio b/c it has a REALLY thin crust and and a whole bunch of pepperoni and sausage on it
