ok, i finally got my gear, here is what i got

100 nolva
100 clomid
test e
100 aromasin
4 hcg


so, here is the plan

test e 500 mg a week for 1st 9 weeks
test e 300 mg a week for weeks 10-11-12
weeks 1-9 nolva 20 mg
weeks 10-14 nolva 40 mg

here is my question, should i introduce clomid into the plan 2 weeks after the final test shot or 3 weeks, and continoue clomid for 4 weeks total?

hcg is just for backup at the end of the cycle in case my test levels are way to low, same with aromasin, in case gyno and low level steroids pop up.

I would continue to do some research, since it is evident that you don't know how many of the compounds you have are used.
Read up on how to design and implement a proper pct. Hcg probably isn't needed for this cycle, but if you do decide to run it, make sure you know how to properly do so.

is this your first ccycle? if so u may need all that pct cmpds unless...otherwise.

I have read the pct on this site and another, and i am still confused, i am 5'8
186lbs and 42 years old.
i am doing a 12 week cycle of test enan, at 500mg a week, 250 on sunday, and 250 on wednesday.

i want to hit 205, that is my goal, here are the thing i know.

test will not kick in until the 4th week or so. but i don not want to add d-bol or deca or anything else into the cycle, i just want a simple cycle, where i can monitor the process without too many variables, hence just test enan.

What i have read on possible gyno development, is to at first sign, take nolva at about 20mg until the gyno issues go away, it may be 2 or 3 weeks or it could be through the whole cycle. Then take nolva with clomid also after the last shot of test enan.

Clomid, is for pct, and from what i have read, it should be started off 2 weeks after your last shot of test enan. But, i can cause ***ression too.

I read that hcg is good for the post cycle, if the testicles are still too shrunken, about 4 weeks dose of hcg, will get the testicles back to the normal size, but it is not necessary to take hcg during the cycle.

Aromasin, is also for during the cycle if you develop gyno effects.

Honestly, this is the best i can underestand this stuff, sorry, i rushed the last post and did not make too much sense, i hope this one is more clear, and thanks for your patience.

You don't need to take nolva at 40mg, you will be just wasting it, the max you ever need to go is 20mg.

start pct on week 13
keep ancillaries on hand but i doubt u will need to run nolva during cycle, gyno is really over rated IMO lol its not THAT easy to attain.

pct .. nolva+aromasin will suffice.

on the hcg.. i'm 46 yrs old.. and i run mine 250iu sat/sunday throughout the cycle, it makes for a much easier recovery of the testicles..
