    Time for some DRASTIC measures

    I've been cutting since the 13th of january!

    I'm pretty cut (no pics sorry - no hardware for it) but not REALLY cut!
    I mean really cut - Rocky III cut.....

    My shoulders have striations and veins, asrms also, pecs pretty good, legs and calves full of veins....

    But my stomach is botherign me! I have the the top4 abs, but the light really needs to be perfect for them to look sick! I have the last lower ab, even veins over there, but the last 2 abs of the sixpack are just not coming!

    My cycle is tren e 400mg E4D, prop 200 mg E2d, proviron......tapering off the t3.....

    I'm doing empty stomach cardio with ECA, 2g of l carnitine and green tea every morning, just bumpeed it to an hour.....

    MY meals are all protein (meat, or shakes with low fat mik, or low fat cottage chesse).....

    I train in the evening, have another ECA, scoop of whey anb a scoop of dex, PPWO oats and cott. chesse, slow release aminos b4 bed.....

    I have a month and a half of my cycle left.

    What MORE can I do - I want PERFECTION, I think I deserve it eith all the work i put in.....

    - I was thinking maybe taking out the PWO dex and PPWO oats and having a carb day once a week or something.......

    - should I add some cardio between my weight session and PWO shake?

    Drop the milk and use water for the shakes. Drop the cottage cheese in favor of meat or caseinate protein. How many carbs are you consuming in pwo and ppwo?

    bump for info i am in a similar situation, running test prop, tren, masteron diet pretty good cardio pretty good, abs getting veins i want more

    I use milk to slow down the digestion of the protein sunce i can't get any casein - plus iz shouldn't make you fat just look a bit water...

    I work out, have my PWO shake (1 scoop whey, 1 scoop dex, I think 1 scoop dex is about 70g....How abouz no carbs PPWO, just another protein meal eith no fat, the slow release aminos and off to bed

    How would rhis be :

    - wake up
    - cardio
    - after cardio 4 slow release aminos
    - 10 or so minutes later a scoop of protein with low fat milk
    - lunch- meat or somethin, with veggies no carbs
    - a cup of cottage chesse or scrambled eggs
    - training
    - near the end of my session some of those liquid aminos
    - pwo- scoop whey, scoop dex
    - ppwo - a solid protein meal with no meat
    - slow release aminos

    I've decided to extend my cycle abit, so I don't wann drop m carbs any lower since I still wanna gain som lean muscle.......

    I have e cheat day once a week.....more like a meal, but i really cheat my a$$ off....

    deffo drop the milk. if you want to slow down the absorbtion of protein , eat some nuts or some 100% pb before the shake. the good fats in the nuts will slow the absorbstion alot better than milk

    yep.. kill the milk..

    and take 3000 flax with at least 1 shake..

    Like the other bro's said, drop the milk

    but ALSO, and you may find me completely bonkers for saying this , but actually add a carb meal earlier on in the day... the lack of carbs has slowed down your metabolism and your body is fighting like hell not to burn more fat...adding carb will be like super-reigniting your metabolism (like throwing liquid fuel into a bonfire) and help you shave off the last 1-2% of BF.... Worked on me .... but then again, everybody's different

    KEEP IT at 75%MHR!

    Ommit all shakes.. they do not create the increased metabolic rate that food produces via digestion, and i mean ALL SHAKES!

    NO DEX! do not touch any sugars at all!

    - should I add some cardio between my weight session and PWO shake?
    what i have found to work amazing for me is lift for 30-40min HIT style then 15-20min cardio pwo @ 80-85%MHR (doesnt matter ur already in a lipolytic state from the lifting.. ur just trying to squeeze out another 250cals or so then go home and eat a meal.
    i usually have a chickn wrap w/fat free refried beens & a lil bit of avacado in it for bout 60gC/78gP/12gF so adjust ur macros acordingly

    because cottage cheese is derived from milk
