Lets not forget that Adam Morrison from Gonzaga was quite the college standout. His rookie season was very subpar at best. I'm using Morrison in comparison to Durant because the expectations that were set for Morrison will be similar for Durant (except they'll be even higher). I think Durant will have a better rookie season than Morrison did, but not too much better. Both are fantastic perimeter players with a very streaky jumpshot.

On the other hand, you've got a big ole banger in Greg Oden that will fit in seamlessly into the NBA game. The NBA product lacks the big, physical talent in my opinion so I very much anticipate a better showing from Oden than I do from Durant in their rookie seasons in the NBA.
