i believe a diabetic member posted his experience a few months back and said slin was actually very stable.....if i remember correctly, he would bring his slin with him to the beach for whenever need be

that was me. You don't need to keep opened slin in the fridge. I store my unopened vials there but once i open it it never goes back in. And its not supposed to slin should be at room temp. But yes if i go to the beach or where ever i bring it with me no ice pack and i haven't had a problem in 20 years.Originally Posted by plzr8
